Emilio's past is virtually unknown as he has no known family, outside of a brother that Emilio speaks poorly of.
In addition to a set of unknown jobs, Emilio works as an informant for a man named Chistopher.
He cannot, and does not need to, fall asleep. This is due to a side effect of his stand.
He has a strange collection of Organs, blood, and bones. He is known to offer these to those in need of transplants in exchange for friendship.
He is deeply in love with Lucy Cannella, the way he speaks about her suggests that they have a history together.
His face has been seen throughout history in paintings, pictures, and writing. Whether he is immortal, a time traveler, or something else, is unknown.

Dream Theater possesses the ability to put its enemies into a deep, sleep-like trance, by bathing them in it's light.
No bodily harm can come to the sleeper, and you can wake up at any time by simply opening your eyes
While in this state, a dream will play out, showing the life you've always wanted. The dream becomes your new reality until you wake up.
Extended residence in the dream will make it harder to wake, but the sleeper will barely notice it as they continue to indulge in the dream.
The dream is visible to him. This allows him to enter and leave as he pleases, as well as edit small details of the world.
Overtime, the dream may corrupt into a nightmare, but it happens so rarely that there is no cause for concern.
If weapons are snuck into the dream by those with malicious intent, then Emilio can be eliminated from inside their dream. However, sneaking stands in requires you to have them with you before you go under.
